What Cherry Agency India is for

The Cherry App pays hosts in diamonds, quotes conversion in US dollars and sets its schedules on its own clock. If you live in India, you want to know three practical things: what a figure means in rupees, when something happens in IST, and whether a rule is actually confirmed.

This site answers those three questions. Each figure comes from the Cherry recruiting policy material supplied to us. We add worked rupee examples with the exchange rate stated, and we keep a running list of the policy points that are unclear or contradictory instead of quietly guessing.

How to read this site

Stated in policy Figure appears in the supplied policy material.

Needs confirmation Unclear, inconsistent or possibly out of date.

Our explanation Our worked example or reading, not a platform rule.

How the Cherry App recruitment system fits together

There are two roles. Their earnings are linked: an agency's commission depends on the earnings of the hosts it brings in.

  1. Hosts earn diamondsEligible hosts receive diamonds for video calls, match calls and a share of gifts sent to them.
  2. Diamonds have a stated dollar valueThe policy fixes the conversion at 10,000 diamonds = US$1. Rupee amounts depend on the exchange rate on the day.
  3. Agencies earn a weekly commissionCommission is a percentage linked to the weekly earnings of the agency's hosts, rising through six levels from 15% to 40%.
  4. Payments follow a weekly cycleAgency commission is calculated on Monday at 7:30 AM IST, and withdrawal requests go through a review before payment.

Agency commission at a glance

An agency moves up a level when its hosts' combined weekly earnings cross a dollar threshold. The table shows the stated tiers. The rupee column converts each threshold at the reference rate, so you can see the scale involved.

The tier percentages are clear. The calculation base is less clear. The policy does not say whether the percentage applies to the whole weekly total or only to qualifying earnings, and its sub-agent examples use a 10% rate that is not in this table. The agency guide sets out these open questions.

Host earnings, explained in real units

Per-minute diamond rates are hard to picture. Here is what one hour of uninterrupted call time works out to at the stated rates. These are arithmetic, not typical earnings: actual time in calls varies a lot from person to person.

1,000
diamonds per minute, video call
60 min = 60,000 = US$6 ≈ ₹572.40
500
diamonds per minute, match call
60 min = 30,000 = US$3 ≈ ₹286.20
70%
of gift value goes to the host
The remaining 30% is not paid to the host
US$10
minimum host withdrawal
1,00,000 diamonds ≈ ₹954.00

Diamonds to dollars to rupees

The policy gives only one conversion: 10,000 diamonds = US$1. Any rupee figure, here or anywhere else, is an extra step that depends on the exchange rate, and possibly on bank or transfer charges that the policy does not mention.

USD = diamonds ÷ 10,000
INR ≈ USD × USD/INR rate

Policy points that need clarification

Most guides repeat a platform's numbers. We also flag where those numbers conflict or leave gaps. These are the points most likely to affect your income expectations.

10% vs 15% commission

The sub-agent commission examples use 10%, but the lowest published tier is 15%. One of the two may be outdated, or they may describe different things.

Salary-plan hours

The plan mentions 3–5 hours of work but does not say whether that is per day or per week. It also needs checking that the plan is still running.

Video-call start time

It is not clear whether earnings start the second a video call connects. On short calls this changes the result noticeably.

Questions Indian visitors ask first

Shorter answers to the most common opening questions. Each guide has its own detailed FAQ.

Is this the official Cherry App website?

No. Cherry Agency India is an independent information site. We are not the app, we cannot change your account, and nothing here is an official notice. For problems inside the app, use the support options shown in the app.

Are Cherry App payouts made in rupees?

The policy material we have values diamonds in US dollars and describes payment by bank transfer. It does not say which currency reaches an Indian bank account or which rate is used. Our rupee figures are indicative, and we show the rate behind every one of them.

Can men register as Cherry App hosts in India?

Under the supplied recruiting policy, host applicants must be female and over 18. We have not seen a verified change to this. Agency roles are a separate matter covered in the agency guide.

Does a registration enquiry mean I am approved?

No. An enquiry is only a conversation. Registration depends on the platform's own checks and rules, and nobody can guarantee approval or income.
